If you require technical assistance during the original installation and configuration of your own website, it will be provided by SelfNet at no charge for the first 8 hours (1 man-day) of support. This is not an attempt to create an "open hidden charges account" for our technical support - our experience shows that this has been more than enough for most our customers to get set up and upload their websites.
If you cannot start-up your website within a day or two, there may be a serious problem that will require our specialists' expertise and undivided attention in order to help you. Additional services may and will be provided on a per diem basis at the fixed rate of $25/hour. Before rendering the service, SelfNet representative will notify you through e-mail of the amount of time required to complete a particular task and render the service after receiving your approval.
Technical support by e-mail is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To contact our technical assistants, please forward your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the problem you think may require a solution from SelfNet. Standard language for e-mail messaging and all written communications is English.
Phone support is available from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. In case of emergency, you can call any time and leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number and a brief problem description. Our representative will investigate the problem and contact you as soon as possible. Standard language for telephone communications is English.
